Reliable frontend delivery is less about frameworks and more about feedback loops. Preview environments, typed contracts, and small pull requests beat heroic end-of-sprint merges every time.
We bias toward boring architecture when the product is young. The interesting work should live in the user experience, not in the wiring between packages.
Performance budgets are product decisions. A beautiful transition that delays first interaction is not beautiful. Measure the moments users actually feel.
